“New Year, Same Me, Just Better”
If there is anything the OCD girl in me loves, it is a brand new journal. There is something invigorating about clean, fresh pages that are still unwritten. The possibilities are endless and the to-do lists have so much potential. It’s a new year and I am the same me, just aiming to be better. One of my goals for this year is to c r e a t e more. I started my blog in 2016 and have loved the process of creating my own personal space that I have complete control of. Creating content and seeing my thoughts and creations come to life is something I love, so this year I want to do more of it. I found this journal and had to have it because it was a daily reminder to create more.
So far, I have written down my New Year’s resolutions and goals ranging from personal, career, health, and relationship. Writing things down has a funny way of making things feel more concrete. I feel more obligated to do it once I have written something down. I’ve put it into the universe, so all that is left is to see it through. A blogger that I love to follow, Marianna Hewitt, has these great printables on her blog (check it out on Lifewithme.com), that can help you keep your goals and resolutions in order. She has divided them into three sheets: one for your resolutions, what you want to have more or less of in your life, and a goal sheet. You can save them to your desktop and print them out!
Let me know if writing down your resolutions or goals helps you achieve them & if you love Marianna’s printable sheets as much as I do in the comments below 🙂
