The best time to shop is right after Christmas Day and January 1st. You can find holiday sales everywhere and it can be overwhelming. I stuck to what I know and hit Nordstrom first. They coincidentally were also having their half-yearly sale, so it was sale on top of sale. I scored some great deals on some of my favorite brands like Free People and Leith, and also bought my first pair of designer denim on SALE.
I wanted to get some new booties and Steve Madden never disappoints. They were having an in-store sale of buy one get the second pair for 70% off.
